Marlin Bree is an award-winning boating journalist and a best-selling boating author. He twice won the top writing prize of Boating Writers Interntional (2004 & 2008) for his epic tales of sailing in stormy waters on Lake Superior. He is the author of nonfiction books including Broken Seas: True Tales of Extraordinary Searing Adventures, Wake of the Green Storm: A Survivor's Tale; and In the Teeth of the Northeaster: A Solo Voyage on lake Superior.
