Seena B. Frost

Seena B. Frost (M.A., M. Div.) was the author of the book SoulCollage, and the originator of the art process by that name. She lived in Watsonville, California and had a psychotherapy practice in Santa Cruz County.
Inspired originally by Jean Houston and the work of Carl Jung and James Hillman, SoulCollage' combines three life interests of the author: creativity, archetypal psychology, and mystical spirituality.

Seena B. Frost, M. Div., M.A. studied theology at Yale Divinity School, married, raised four children, and then received a Master's degree in psychology from Santa Clara University. She was a psychotherapy clinician and supervisor in California for over thirty years, and used many healing modalities including the work of C. G. Jung, Fritz Perls, Virginia Satir, Eric Berne, Roberto Assagioli, and others.

In 2001, Seena's first SoulCollage® book was a finalist for the Nautilus 2002 Book Awards for titles that contribute significantly to conscious living and positive social change.
Seena's subsequent book, SoulCollage® Evolving: An Intuitive Collage Process for Self-Discovery & Community, won two book awards. It has the same basic information about SoulCollage® as the first book, but also chronicles the growth of SoulCollage® from Seena's original seed idea to today's community of thousands of trained Facilitators worldwide and a team of SoulCollage® Trainers who offer training programs all over the globe. It was translated and published in Dutch in 2014 and in German in 2015. It will be published in Mandarin in 2016.
SoulCollagers everywhere are discovering the transformative power of images, imagination, and intuition through the simple yet profound process of SoulCollage®.

Seena has also recorded nine CDs, audio presentations that provide in-depth information about this process, available through Hanford Mead Publishers, Inc.

Seena is the author of a book of poems on aging, The Journal of a Steadfast Fence, which shows one way that the awakened imagination can blossom into surprising forms - like fences that talk.
