There is little currently known about Gerald Findler. He served in the British Medical Corps during the first World War. He lived in Cumberland, England, from at least the late 1920s. He published at least two short mystery stories, one in the early '30s. He was also responsible for a series of pamphlets about folk lore, legends, and ghost stories of the Lake Counties, published by Dalesman Publications in the '60s and '70s.
