Kay Cleaver Strahan (1888-1941) was an American writer who lived in Portland, Oregon. She created "seasoned crime analyst" Lynn McDonald. Her book Footprints was a locked room mystery which won the Scotland Yard Prize for the best Detective Story of the Year.
