Joseph Eduard Wessely

[English] Joseph Eduard Wessely (born 1826 in Welletau in Bohemia - died 1895 ibid.), a.k.a. Joseph Edward Wesson was a Bohemian art expert and author on engravings and art prints, Museum Inspector at Brunswick, and from 1885 professor at the Art Academy.

[Deutsch] Joseph Eduard Wessely (geb. 1826 in Welletau in Böhmen – gest. 1895 ebenda), auch bekannt als Joseph Edward Wessely, war ein böhmischer Kunstsachverständiger und -schriftsteller, Museumsinspector in Braunschweig und ab 1885 Professor an der Kunstakademie.
