Manuel Atienza Rodríguez (Oviedo, 1951) is a jurist and Spanish philosopher of law. He studied his law degree at the University of Oviedo and later obtained a doctorate in Law in the same university. He has worked in academia and has been a professor and lecturer at numerous universities around the world, as well as in courts and judicial schools.
