[Deutsch] Hans Fischer, geboren 1932, war Direktor des Hamburgischen Museums für Völkerkunde und Vorgeschichte und 30 Jahre lang Professor für Völkerkunde (Ethnologie) an der Universität Hamburg. Er verfaßte zahlreiche Publikationen und Einführungen zur Ethnologie.
[English] Hans Fischer, born in 1932, was director of the Hamburg Museum of Ethnology and prehistory and, for 30 years, Professor of Ethnology (Social Anthropology) at the University of Hamburg. He wrote numerous articles and introductions to anthropology.
