Marieluise Christl-Licosa

Marieluise Christl-Licosa ist in Tirol geboren und aufgewachsen. Mit ihrem Mann und den vier Söhnen lebte sie viele Jahre in Mailand und ist jetzt in Deutschland zu Hause. Aus der Pflicht, für eine große Familie zu kochen, entwickelte sich bald ein Hobby. Auf zahlreichen Reisen sammelte Frau Christl-Licosa Rezepte aus erster Hand, bei einfachen Hausfrauen ebenso wie bei Chefköchen bekannter Feinschmeckerlokale. An der Volkshochschule in Germering bei München unterrichtet sie italienische Sprache und gibt Kurse für italienische Küche. Im gleichen Verlag sind von ihr die Küchen-Ratgeber »Echt italienisch kochen«, »Pizza, Calzone und Focaccia« und »Preiswert kochen« erschienen.
