She received her bachelor’s degree in journalism and began her career as a sports writer before crossing the media line to become a public relations director. She has written for newspapers, magazines, professional journals, as well as created marketing awareness for companies and their employees. Jayna is a development officer for the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Kentucky’s satellite office in Lexington.

Kelli Oakley, also from Lexington, earned her degree in education at Western Kentucky University. She is an admissions representative for the culinary department at Sullivan University in Lexington. During her work career, Kelli’s responsibilities have included catering professional banquet dinners, as well as preparing tailgate food for the sky boxes at Commonwealth Stadium. A seasoned chef, Kelli loves to cook for the masses and especially her two sons, Ryan and Josh.
