Federica Montseny Mañé (Madrid, 12 de febrero de 1905-Toulouse, 14 de enero de 1994) fue una política, sindicalista anarquista y escritora española, ministra durante la Segunda República. Utilizó el seudónimo Fanny Germain, con el que continuó publicando artículos durante los años de la Dictadura de Franco en los que vivió exiliada en Francia.
