David Mitchell, born in Catford, in South-East London, in 1952, is a British writer and paperfolding designer. He is the author of many books on specialist aspects of origami, such as Origami, Origami Animals, Sticky Note Origami, Office Origami and Origami Alfresco. He lives in Kendal, Cumbria.
