Claude Benjamin Lartz (1888-Dec. 9, 1956) was a newspaperman for 47 years and was co-publisher and vice president of the Sharon Herald Co. at his death. A native of Columbia, Pa., Lartz worked on newspapers in York, Lewstown and Johnstown, Pa., before moving to Sharon, Pa., in 1909.
