Menotti Lerro (born 22 February 1980) is an Italian poet, writer, playwright and academic, born in Omignano, Salerno. His work explore matters of social alienation and existentialism, modern sexuality, the interpretation of memories, and the philosophical importance of human identity. He is the founder of the Empathic movement (Empathism) started in 2020.
