Sherry Maysonave

An accomplished author and motivational speaker, Sherry Maysonave has been interviewed by over 200 TV, Radio, and print publications across the U.S., Canada, and Europe. This includes multiple appearances on NBC's Today show, ABC, CBS, Fox, and NPR radio. Sherry has been featured in the USA Today, the Financial Times, the Wall Street Journal, the New Yorker, InStyle, and BusinessWeek.

Passionate about helping others achieve success, Sherry is the founder and president of Empowerment Enterprises LLC and Empowerment Productions LLC. Her clients include business professionals as well as nationally known political figures and entertainers. Corporate clients include US and international companies in technology, finance, fashion, law, energy, pharmaceutical, and professional services.

Believing that every person has seeds of greatness, Sherry’s topic for a recent Texas A&M Women Wealth and Wisdom conference was “Personal Power: Nurturing Your Seeds of Greatness”. She provided real-life strategies to ignite, grow, and nurture a person’s seeds of greatness, whether they are dormant or already producing fruit.

Sherry’s first book, Casual Power – How to Power Up Your Nonverbal Communication and Dress Down for Success, quickly became an Amazon category best-seller in non-fiction. She is the author and producer of the DVD series, Brand a Positive Business Image. Sherry’s first children’s book—EggMania: Where’s the Egg in Exactly?—has won five awards.

Sherry's first novel, The Girl Who Could Read Hearts, was released April, 2016. Inspired by a vivid dream with Sherry's deceased sister shouting from a mountaintop, this story--The Girl Who Could Read Hearts--was born. The segments of this story that embrace death are based upon Sherry's real-life experiences when she was present with beloved family members as they passed away. Her wondrous encounters of loved ones' spirits after their physical deaths are deeply engaging. Sherry says she doesn't just believe there is an afterlife, she KNOWS there is.
