This is quite simply, Volume III of the "Recent Researches in the Music of the Renaissance". The biggest difference being that it contains only instrumental music; as indicated by the cover's text. It contains an interesting preface by Robert Wiedner of A-R Editions and then moves into Parts 1 through 4, which present the various parts of the instrumental music contained therein. However; for those interested in the fantastic preservation of Christopher Tyes contribution to the Music of the Renaissance, it is like opening a gift from a true friend.... gdc
