The second of these two lectures by Weber is entitled "Die Beteiligung der Frau an der Wissenschaft." Both are concerned with the questions of education and employment for women; whereas the first concentrates on the feasibility of combining marriage and profession (whereby Weber says yes, with conditions), the second deals with the question of whether all the newly-trained female university graduates can indeed hold their own in the professional world.
