Each number has separate title page and index. A "general index to the music in the three numbers" appears on the [2] p. (typeset) inserted after p. [112]. Pages [113-118] contain blank staves.

Parentheses substituted for square brackets in imprint transcription.

Engraved by Amos Doolittle. Printer's names supplied by Evans.

Advertised in the Connecticut journal, Sept. 9, 1795, as "lately published in three numbers ... separate numbers are sold at four dollars and a half per dozen. The whole set bound in one vol. at twelve dollars per dozen."
