Attributed to Charles Caldwell by Evans.

Presumably printed late in 1799 by Samuel F. Bradford, printer of the True American, Philadelphia, for distribution on or about New Year's Day.

Text in three columns; surrounded by ornamental border.

Distinguishable from another issue (Evans 370800 by the absence of the mourning border and two eight-pointed stars present in that issue.
