The text of this edition was hand set in 18 point Baskerville and the illustrations were drawn and cut on marine plywood by Margaret Lock. The type and illustrations were separately printed, by Fred & Margaret Lock, on an Eickhoff proofing press. The paper is Barcham Green's Canterbury toned laid ... Sixty-five copies were printed. Those numbered 1 to 55 were bound and boxed by Margaret Lock; the cover paper was made from Themeda australis (kangaroo grass) by Katherine Nix ... "--Colophon.
MASS copy: No. 48, signed by Margaret Lock; bound in limp paper wrappers and enclosed in a wooden box (30 x 21 cm.) stained grey and black, fastened Japanese-style with two wooden pegs.
