An edition of The Silver Stallion (1973)

The silver stallion

Lucie Durant went to the Canary Islands on a working holiday, looking for new ideas for the jewellery she designed. Her call on the attractive Joel Barron was of a purely business nature at first, but it developed unexpectedly on a more personal level when he offered her a job looking after his young nephew and niece. But there was not only Joel in the household; there was also the disturbing, mocking Hallam Dayne, who seemed first to resent Lucie and then to be attracted to her. But with the glamorous Spanish girl Rosanna del Rey making it very clear that she looked on Lucie as an interloper, wasn't Lucie wasting her time in expecting either Joel or Hallam to take her seriously?
