Of the medical history v. 1 and 2 were prepared by J.J. Woodward, 1870-79; v. 3, by Charles Smart, 1888. v. 1 contains also an appendix with reports of medical directors and other documents by J.J. Woodward and George A. Otis, with separate t.-p. and pagination. Of the surgical history v. 1 and 2 were prepared by George A. Otis, 1870-76; v. 3, by G.A. Otis and D.L. Huntington, 1883.
