And also the Act of Parliament for establishing an agreement with seven of the said Lords Proprietors for the surrender of their title and interest to His Majesty."

Each volume has also a half-title page: The laws of the province of South-Carolina, vol. 1. Containing all the Acts passed from the first settlement of the province, till the time that the Lords Proprietors surrendered their title and interest in the said province to His Majesty.
