A vituperative attack on James Otis, first published in the Boston evening-post for May 13, 1765. Attributed to Samuel Waterhouse, "a drunken Customs officer" in Sibley's Harvard graduates (the essay on Otis, v. 11, p. 263, q.v.)
Presumably printed late in 1765 by William Weyman, printer of the New-York gazette, for distribution on or about New Year's Day.
