Edition Notes
Vols. ii and iii were published as separate works in 1715 and 1711 respectively, but incorporated into this larger work by the publication of vols. i and iv in 1719-20.
Vol. ii includes the life of Geta from the 'Historia Augusta', usually attributed to Aelius Spartianus (here attributed to Julius Capitolinus). This vol. has two subsidiary t.ps. dated 1714.
