To all justices of the peace, sheriffs, constables and other civil officers, and to all officers of the militia of this state, and all other faithful inhabitants thereof. Whereas the Hon. Congress of the United States, and His Excellency General Washington, commander in chief of the army, have required of us supplies of flour, forage, and a considerable number of teams and horses, for the use of the said army ...
