Excerpts

The main problems treated in this book originate in the theory of the solvability of non-local functional differential equations, that is, equations with respect to an unknown function which link values of the unknown function and its derivatives at different points of the domain (unlike 'pure' differential equations, which link values of a function and its derivatives at one and the same point).
