i happen to have a copy which belonged to dr. george clinton fairchild williams. it was given to me by my late mother; dorothy getty. we are direct decendants of gov. george clinton.
the book was published in 1900 in n.y. by the james t. white & co. it is in quite good condition.
in keeping with the history of this time, letters from washington to b. harrison along with countless others. so much information is available ! for anyone interested in the battles which took place in the hudson valley during the american revolution this is the book for you. this wonderful book also has fold out maps and drawings of the territory.
this book is extremely helpful and insightful since i am an educator. i was also raised in stony point and now reside here too.
