Followed by the address of the president of the Congress, and Washington's reply, dated: United States in Congress assembled, (Princeton) August 25, 1783.

"Not printed at Providence, Newport, Fishkill or Albany, according to type set-up of these newspapers."--Clarence S. Brigham, ms. note on verso of American Antiquarian Society copy. Alden supplies [n.p.] for place of publication, Bristol suggests [Philadelphia?], and Sabin, no. 101538, suggests [Newport?].
