The only known copy, held by the University of Chicago, lacks p. [1]-10 and all after p. 46. Title and imprint supplied from a manuscript copy at the Kentucky State Library. In the ms. copy, the journal of the special session of the sixth General Assembly, Nov. 27-30, 1797, is included and counted as the first session of the sixth Assembly.
