Advertised in the American weekly Mercury, Philadelphia, Sept. 23/30, 1736.
Signatures: [A-C]⁴.
Three states of gathering [C] noted. The first has a publisher's advertisement at foot of p. [24], and "A catalogue of the names of the principal kings, queens and princes ..." on p. [22]. The second has "Courts in South-Carolina" at foot of p. [24] in place of the advertisement and has the "Catalogue" on p. [22]. The third has "Courts in Virginia" on p. [22] in place of the "Catalogue"; the copy of this state examined lacks leaf [C]4.
The Anatomy is the only illustration in the text.
