"This entire edition consists of three different sets of twelve lithographic drawings, each being limited to seventy copies and one artist's proof." This set is number 34/70 and each lithograph bears in Louis Le Brocquy's hand his signature, the date and imprint number. It appears uncertain whether other scheduled lithographs were ever produced or if the artist's proof ever appeared.

Includes Thomas Kinsella note from the Dolmen Press, 1969 translation.

Presentation set to "Hans and Elsbeth with love from Anne and Louis. 9 February 1970."
