The only known copy, held by the American Antiquarian Society, was found in the file of the Columbian centinel, printed at Boston by Benjamin Russell, between the issues of March 16th and 19th, 1796.
Title, beginning with "Commonwealth of Massachusetts," and text in four columns; printed area measures 46.6 x 27.5 cm.
