"This edition was printed at Digital Letterpress in Austin, Texas ... types are Goudy Old Style 394 and Neuland, printed on Mohawk Superfine. The offset illustrations were printed by the Stinehour Press in Lunenburg, Vermont. Five hundred copies were bound in wrappers by Jack Miller at Custom Bookbinders in Austin. Two hundred copies were bound in Japanese cloth by Jace Graf at Cloverleaf Studio, also in Austin. Fifty additional gatherings were set aside for a deluxe binding by Priscilla Spitler that includes an original print by Willard Clark"--Colophon
