In three parts, each with separately dated title page. Part 2 title page reads "Erotopainion pium continens"; part 3 title page reads "Speculum humane condicionis, in memoriam Gualteri Vaughanni ..".
Signatures: A⁴ B-D E¹ [2d]A-F (-A1, F8, [F8 blank?]).
"Erotopainion" is identified as STC 24608, and "Speculum" is identified as STC 24621 on UMI microfilm.
"Erotopainion" and "Speculum" filmed at position 12 on reel 586, ahead of "Poematum libellus continens", which is filmed at position 13.
