Half title (p. 3): The minstrel; or, The progress of genius, a poem in two books. The 6th ed., corr.
RBSC copy: Armorial binding with the monogram, ducal coronet, and garter of Charles Gordon Lennox, 4th Duke of Richmond and Lennox. Author's presentation copy to the Duchess of Gordon: three holograph poems inserted: "To a pen, sent to Her Grace, the Duchess of Gordon" (p. 78), "Song, in imitation of Shakespeare's Blow, blow thou winter wind, &c." (p. 88), and "Written on leaving G̲̲̲̲̲̲ castle, October 1777" (2 p. at end). With the book label of Gordon Castle [seat of the Dukes of Richmond and Lennox.
