"P.S. The tiny label reading Bound by Hand at Incline Press is a Fry foundry type, but cast in six-point by Theo Rehak at the Dale Guild in New Jersey. One of the small pleasures of antiquarian or old books is the pasted-in presence of binders' or booksellers' labels, some of them in leather or a simulation embossed in gold. Though they serve the purpose of advertisement they also bespoke a sense of pride. BNL"--Lower paste-down endpaper.
