Vols. 2 and 3 are each in two parts.

Engraved title vignettes.

Includes index.

Four of the engravings in volume I are by William Blake.

The first printing of 1789-1799 came out in parts. This edition is a completely new printing, reset but with the illustrations printed from the original plates.
