Published in 1907, and reviewed favourably by Virginia Woolf in Guardian, a periodical published from 1846 to 1951 (not the same as The Guardian newspaper still in publication). The three plays are:

Fame and the Artist: a male artist goes to visit a woman in a hospital for consumptives in London
The Street: a bank clerk's widow lodges in the Strand, London, with two daughters--a clash of generations
Jack Hamlin, Gambler: this play may be influenced by the books of Francis Bret Harte (1837-1902), featuring a character named Jack Hamlin, an habitual gambler. Antonia R. Williams may even have simply written a play using the same character. (This needs confirmation.)
