P. vii misnumbered "viii".

MASS copy: Bound in green wave-grain cloth blocked in gold and blind; a.e.g. Upper cover blocked in gold with titling and decorative border design illustrated with small fairies and other magical figures. Design with signature: "JL" [i.e. John Leighton]. With pale pastel orange painted endpapers. With binder's ticket: "Bound by Burn 37 & 38 Kirby St.". With presentation inscription dated 1870.
