It is the complete works of the important 4th century bishop Ulfilas, who translated the bible from Greek to Gothic and converted the Goths (whom he grew up among, his parent having been captured and enslaved by them) to Christianity (of a non-orthodox, 'Arian' sort). The edition here is a translation of Ulfilas' writings into Latin.

Quæstiones Veteris et Novi Testamenti, cited by title only, formerly ascribed to hilarius Diaconus, is printed in v. 35, col. 2213-2298, of this series among the spurious works of St. Augustinus.
