MASS copy: Bound in blue ripple-grain cloth blocked in gold and blind, with central sunken panel design and spine signed "JL" [i.e. John Leighton]; a.e.g. Binding design identical to McLean O 394. For a later use of the same spine design, see Thomson's 'The Seasons and Castle of indolence', published in 1857 by James Blackwood (McLean O 608). With binder's ticket: Leighton Son & Hodge, Shoe Lane London.".
