The second of Cibber's pamphlet attacks on Pope's Dunciad, the main argument of which is that Pope rather than Cibber is the King of the Dunces.
There are two additional editions printed in 1744: a London edition printed by W. Lewis and a Glasgow edition printed by W. MacPharson.
