"The project was managed by the Division of Environment and Conservation of the MNRE with the technical support of the Wildlife Conservation Society South Pacific Program and the Conservation International Pacific Islands Program. James Atherton, David Olson and Linda Farley developed the project concept. Key MNRE staff were Faumuina Pati Liu, Faleafaga Toni Tipamaa and Tepa Suaesi. Plan compilation was undertaken by a smaller team with guidance from David Butler, who also edited the document" -- p. vi.
