Signatures: pi1 a-c⁴ [A]² B-P⁴ "Q-Z"⁴ (-"Q-Z"4) Z-3K⁴.

Printed on wove paper. Pages 122-396 misnumbered as 172-446. Most plates are numbered with some duplication in numbering, not explicitly bound in numerical order.

LC copy has signed binding with inkstamp: "Bound by Riviere". Handwritten pencil corrections to pagination missnumberings numbered to 380 p. in error.

LC copy has armorial bookplate mounted on front paste-down for Herbert S. Leon which covers in part another bookplate, owner's name obscured. Partially obscured armorial bookplate has three stags heads and motto: "Je suis prest." (related to Simon Joseph Fraser, 14th Lord (Fraser of) Lovat; 1871-1933 [?]). Has booksellers label of Wm. Helburn, Inc., New York.
