This is the free edition of this book. The free edition is identical in all ways to the paid-for editions of this book, except for one page in the frontmatter. Paid-for editions do not offer any bonus content or improved quality. For that matter, paid-for editions are released under the same open license, and may therefore be freely shared.

I am making this work available under a pay-what-you-want system, which means if you want to pay me for it, I'm happy to accept your money, and if you don't want to, you don't have to. You are under no legal or ethical obligation to pay for this book, and you should not feel bad if you choose not to. I wrote this story for creative reasons, not commercial ones, and I am happy to share it with you under those terms. If I happen to collect a little money as a result, that's just gravy.
