Edition Notes

Holograph, signed.

In this letter, Mary Grew explains to Anne Warren Weston the reason for the omission from the published minutes of the Philadelphia anti-slavery convention by alluding to a resolution offered by Miss Abby Kelley [Foster]. Grew hopes that the New England friends will not repent their determination to hold another convention in Philadelphia next May.
