This Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS) analyzes the proposed Trailblazer Pipeline System, various alternatives thereto and the environmental consequences of each as they relate to jurisdictional actions currently before the BLM. The Trailblazer system as proposed would consist of an 890-mile long, 36- and 24- inch diameter, buried pipeline extending from Uinta County, Wyoming to Gage County, Nebraska. The system is designed to transport approximately 665,000 thousand cubic feet per day (Mcfd) of natural gas from the Overthrust region of Colorado, Utah and Wyoming to Rocky Mountain, Midwestern, and Eastern markets. Rights-of-way to cross lands administered by the Bureau of Land Management would be required for any east-west pipeline traversing southern Wyoming.
