Boston Public Library (Rare Books Department) copy H.99.213 imperfect: title page wanting and replaced in facsimile. Quarterbound in painted leather and marbled papers, rebacked in brown goatskin. Title stamped in gilt on spine. Bookplate of the BPL Townshend Fund. Autograph of William Medlicott on second front flyleaf recto. BPL perforation stamp and embossed stamp in front matter and on first leaves of text. Early/contemporary inscription at head of 2a2 trimmed away. Early marginal markings and annotations throughout. Purchased Sept., 1878.
