Consists of a list of the executive committee of the Board of Visitors and asylum officers, report of the Board of Visitors (J.M. Toner, W.W. Godding), statistical and financial tables (W.W. Godding), pathological supplement - focusing on the "condition of the kidneys" (I.W. Blackburn, J.V. Calver)

Some statistics are given separately for "white" and "colored" people.

Bound with reports for 1886-87 to 1888-89 and their pathological supplements (Published 1887-9).
