"We are pleased to send you our latest book, The British Particular Baptists, Volume 1 Revised. Please note that this edition of Volume One in our series is for the most part a new book. Originally released over 20 years ago, this new volume has been completely reworked to include only the figures selected from the seventeenth century. Therefore, out of the 16 subjects, the only ones carried over from the original Volume One are John Spilsbury, Hanserd Knollys, Benjamin Keach, William Kiffen (or Kiffin), and John Bunyan, with the latter two essays having new authors, and each of these five essays now having new Further Reading sections. The other figures previously in Volume One have been moved in chronological order to Volumes Four and Five. In addition, an Index of Persons and an Index of Subjects has been included." - Publisher's note sent with Volume One Revised.
